Had a good suggestion from a user. They had great things to say about Maia, but were confused by the message "Your Quarantine Area is Empty" after they confirm ham or spam.

What is confusing them is that the quarantine area isn't always empty. THey might have viruses to clear, corrupted emails, etc.

Think we can just remove that message? All we need there is the "Return to Quarantine" button really.
