DESCRIPTION:Currently administrators have to go to the Admin->Users page to
  select each of the domains they administer\, in order to manage the quara
 ntines and caches for each of these.  To streamline the process\, it would
  be more convenient to make these available in one consolidated quarantine
  and one consolidated ham cache\, which the administrator could access via
  his usual quarantine and cache pages.\nIn other words\, an administrator 
 could login as usual\, go to his quarantine page\, and see a list of all t
 he items in all of the quarantines he has the right to manage\, as if they
  were all linked to his account.  He can then deal with them all in one pa
 ss rather than many.
